Three generations have enjoyed Grandpa’s oven-fried chicken, and no one in the family knew about (or for that matter cared) about what gluten was. Then, when his granddaughter married a man who suffered from Celiac disease, everything changed. Happy about not having a reaction to the delicious recipe, the husband had it scientifically lab tested only to discover it was gluten-free. And the rest is history.

While originally used for oven-fried chicken, our customers have used it on pork, beef, fish, and vegetables. From fish sticks to fried zucchini, mozzarella sticks, and fresh onion rings, it can enhance any meal.
